General Questions
Does it matter where my business is located or what industry I'm in?
No! We are US-based, remote bookkeepers who work with US-Baded companies and clients across the country. Our bookkeepers have worked with a wide variety of industries, from Real Estate to Manufacturing and a lot of inbetween.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept ACH, Zelle, and Venmo. Money Orders and Cahsier's Checks are also welcome. Services will be discontinued if payments are not received by the first of each month.
What Accounting Platforms do you support?
Currently we have working knowledge of the following packages:
Accounting - Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, and Xero.
Payroll - Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, and Gusto.

Can I get a quote before signing up?
Absolutley! When we have our consultation we will discuss what services will be covered. Once everything is determined you will receive an engagement letter spelling out the terms of the agreement which will include the fees, and services provided.
Is there anything you won't do?
Collections: We will not provide collections services for your customers
Filing: The customer is responsible for providing all documention and retainging that documentation for their records.
Human Resources: No interviewing, no conflict resolution, and no offboarding. If you have engaged KSG for payroll services we will only provide support that is directly related to that process.
